- Marysville bowlers will be honing their skills on a new synthetic green in time for the new bowls season thanks to a $200,000 funding boost. More here
- MOCA meeting this coming Wednesday 23rd September with a focus on the UDF. Meeting to commence at 7.30 with thanks once again to MST, 315 Ferntree Gully Rd, Mt Waverley. Information here. Note the next MOCA meeting is on MONDAY 12/10/09, at 7:30pm. The meeting will be largely dedicated to the topic of Sustainable Housing

- September 22nd, the Mobile library returns to Marysville. From 12.30 to 3.00 the mobile library will be open at the old site at the car-park and then from 3.30 to 5.00 it will open in the car-park at the golf-club. Buxton opening hours will revert to the old times of 9.30 till 11.30. John and Kate are looking forward to re-acquainting themselves with Marysville.
