- "The Age" coverage of the Greg Norman Golf day fund raiser and additional grants for bushfire relief here. This report allocates $50,000 for rebuilding to those who lost homes not their primary place of residence. THIS IS NOT CORRECT. Full media release here. Grants for part time residents are under consideration this week.
- Excellent day had at the Greg Norman fundraiser by those who attended with Simon and Garfunkel also coming to the day. Some photos here. Reports have over $500,000 being raised for Marysville.

- Greensburg is a city in Kansas that was flattened by a tornado in May 2007 and was rebuilt in a sustainable manner. Bob Dixon, Mayor of Greensburg is speaking in Flowerdale on June 28th at 11 am. Information here.

- Parliamentary Secretary for Bushfire Recovery Reconstruction Bill Shorten visited Marysville on 16 June to announce Murrindindi Shire Council would receive $628,000 for memorials. Herald Sun report here has an updated on rebuilding and has foreshadowed additional funding for rebuilding
- Murrindindi Shire Council will waive five months of rate charges for ratepayers directly impacted by the Black Saturday bushfires. The new rate charges and a detailed explanation of criteria will be sent to all relevant ratepayers shortly. More information here

- Concept plans for the VBRRA sponsored Advisory centre- Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 (large file had to be split). Work to commence shortly for this temporary building on the site of the previous information centre. The intention is to provide a place where people can come for advice on rebuilding. It also has meeting rooms!
