- The Plantaid site is the official site of the Marysville and Triangle Development Group Inc. It is interactive to allow for the organisation and co-ordination of the many garden and landscaping projects and activities, both volunteer and local.
- It provides information concerning the types of plants which grow well in our gardens, as well as which plants are weeds and thus pose a threat to our wider and very fragile environment.
- The site recognises that all information about weeds is relevant, regardless of whether we walk in the forests or just dabble in our own gardens.
- Information about a wonderful selection of recommended plants and which plants constitute weeds can be downloaded directly from this site, and where this is not possible, uncomplicated links have been provided.
- Overall, the focus of the Plantaid site is about hope and recovery and all of the wonderful outcomes that gardens can provide. Become an on-site member and see what volunteers are offering, or make a request for assistance.

The Friends of the Marysville Walks Inc. was formed on the 23rd or April, 2007. Membership form here
The Friends of the Marysville Walks Inc. is a group of local people and regular visitors concerned about invasive plants infiltrating areas of native forest around Marysville. The group gets together for nature walks, on ground weed removal, tree planting, information sessions, research work and surveys. Because of the recent fires, our bushland is very vulnerable to invasive plant infestation.
