The day will focus on:
- understanding the nature of loss,
- responses to traumatic loss, and
- practical ideas for supporting children and young people
The day will:
- be interactive,
- provide experiential learning and opportunities for sharing and discussion.
Participants will learn from:
- contemporary research and theory on how people respond to and grow
through traumatic loss.
Specific attention will be paid to:
- the importance of support during the restoration/rebuilding stage.
